Andddd, we’re back!

Happy 2018, everyone!  It’s been a hectic and relaxing few weeks.  The holiday hangover is REAL people, and it feels so good to come back refreshed and ready to go + my goals for 2018, so let’s do this!I feel like the New Year is a perfect opportunity to set goals and expectations.  I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this little community and how much fun I have posting and coming up with creative ideas each and every day.  I started this blog in September guns blazing, posting every day.  I loved the adrenaline rush I got from new ideas and shooting content.  I loved the feedback and suggestions.  But by December I. Was. Exhausted.  I love blogging, but I have to remember that I also work full-time so I just have to be a bit more realistic!  So one quick programming note for the New Year, I will now be posting Monday/Wednesday/Friday.   Coming at you 3x/week I think is much more effective approach and will be so much worth all of our whiles, I can’t wait!

I have so much exciting content already planned and can’t wait to share more in the coming weeks!  From beauty to recipes to career to travel, there are so many great things ahead for LPE.com!

So with that being said, I wanted to share with you my Top 3 Goals for This Year:

  1. Grow LilyParkEast.com:  I am fully committed to sharing so much more content with you all.  WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO READ/SEE ON HERE?  Career, Fashion, Savings Tips, Beauty Routines?  Please let me know in the comments below or shoot me an email, hello@lilyparkeast.com.  All suggestions are welcome!
  2. Stretch!  I know this one sounds strange, but have you actually taken the time to stretch lately?  Oh my gosh, if you do, are you flexible and nimble or can barely touch your toes?  Last year I stretched for just 5 minutes a day and it made such a difference.  It’s time to get back at it!
  3. Practice Gratitude.  I cannot tell you how important this is and want to make this a priority for the year.  Not only does practicing gratitude allow you to appreciate the small things, but it really allows you to be mindful and gain perspective.  There is no better way to start the year than to be grateful.  Cheers to that!

What are your goals for this year? I’d love to hear in the comments below!

Happy 2018 and so happy to share this community with you all!
